Favorite time of the day.

Mornings. They have got to be my favorite time of the day! I usually sit on my back porch with the pups looking out over the garden. Today, like the past few days, I've been treated to the fragrance of fresh lilacs- they smell so good! I also listen to the sounds around me. The birds at the feeder. The neighbor with her new baby on her back porch sweetly talking to her. The goings on of "the girls" (a.k.a. the chickens). It's a good time to just be. How about you?
